SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS & HANDMADE NATURE

All RÏKST JEWELRY pieces are handmade. Because of the handmade nature of our jewelry and the natural variations in gemstones, metals, textures and finishes, each piece is unique and may contain slight variations.

Product colors and appearance may also differ slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and device displays.

Please note that product photos may appear larger or smaller depending on screen size and display settings. We recommend checking product dimensions carefully before purchasing.

We reserve the right to:
- modify or discontinue products at any time
- limit quantities
- refuse orders at our discretion

SECTION 3 — CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Certain pieces may be custom made, personalized or created specifically upon request.

Under EU consumer law, personalized or custom-made items may be exempt from the standard right of withdrawal and may therefore not be eligible for cancellation, return or refund once production has started.

Processing times for custom pieces may differ from standard orders.

SECTION 4 — PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

Prices do not include:
- shipping costs
- customs duties
- import taxes
- local VAT or handling fees outside the EU

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

By placing an order, you confirm that:
- your payment information is accurate
- you are authorized to use the selected payment method

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- postal services
- customs processing
- strikes
- force majeure events
- circumstances outside our control

For EU consumers, the risk of loss transfers once the order has been delivered to the customer.

International customers may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on their country’s regulations.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers within the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the order.

Returned items must:
- be unworn
- be in original condition
- be returned in original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

The following items may not be eligible for return:
- custom-made jewelry
- personalized jewelry
- made-to-order items
- earrings (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)
