Each piece is carefully handmade and packaged with intention and care.
PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
Please note that:

handmade pieces may require additional preparation time

made-to-order or custom pieces may take up to 15 business days before shipment
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and postal services.
Estimated delivery windows:
- Tracked International Shipping: 7–15 workdays
- DHL Express International: 3-7 workdays
Please note that these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery times.
Delays caused by customs, postal services, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
TRACKING
All orders include tracking information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email so you can follow your package through the shipping carrier’s website.
CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RÏKST JEWELRY is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs procedures.
Please keep this in mind before placing an international order.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility partially transfers to the carrier.
However, if your package appears lost or severely delayed, please contact us at:

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is submitted and the package is returned to us, additional shipping costs for resending the package may apply.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate solution.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Shipping insurance may be available depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.
If insurance is included, claims for lost or damaged packages may require supporting documentation and carrier investigation before reimbursement or replacement can be processed.
