REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting RÏKST JEWELRY. Each piece is carefully handmade and packaged with intention and care.
I hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in original condition
- returned in secure packaging
Items that show signs of wear, damage or use may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- sale items
- custom-made pieces
- personalized jewelry
- made-to-order items
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings may also be non-returnable once worn or opened.
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For exchanges, the shipping costs for the new shipment must also be covered by the buyer.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
RETURN TRANSIT
Please ensure returns are packaged securely.
RÏKST JEWELRY is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return transit.
Packages returned to sender due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery attempts or unclaimed delivery may require additional shipping costs for reshipment.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@rikstjewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the packaging
- clear photos of the damaged item
Each situation will be reviewed individually to determine an appropriate solution.
REFUNDS
Returns and exchanges are usually processed within 5 business days after arrival.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 14 days to process the refund on their end.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received your refund:
- please check your bank account again
- contact your credit card provider or payment provider
- processing times can vary between financial institutions

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a customer residing within the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless the item falls under an exemption such as personalized or custom-made products.
